ingeny to help cedia promote home automation

Nick Moore, Ingeny’s Design and Technology Consultant, has been invited by CEDIA to provide guidance on home automation at the London Homebuilding & Renovating Show. He will join CEDIA at its stand (G101) at ExCeL London on Friday 23rd September, between 10.00 and 13.30, as a technical volunteer to answer queries from self builders and renovators.

With more than 20 years of experience in the customer electronics industry, Nick has extensive knowledge of integrated building technologies. He is also a certified CEDIA outreach instructor who has delivered an accredited seminar, titled Designing Integrated Future-Ready Homes to industry professionals, as well as presented technical classes for a wide range of audiences.

The London Homebuilding & Renovating Show takes place between 23rd and 25th September, bringing together hundreds of exhibitors made up of self-build specialists, renovation professionals and leading brands. It is one of seven events held across the UK, which attract tens of thousands of visitors each year who are looking for advice and inspiration from industry experts.

“Home automation is now moving towards becoming the norm, rather than the exception, so it is important for self builders and renovators to have an understanding of what options are available and what is achievable,” explains Nick Moore. “I look forward to working alongside CEDIA’s team to provide face-to-face advice to visitors who are looking for added insight into this fast-paced sector.”
