Interphone Limited’s opening hours for the holiday period are detailed above and we will be offering a 24-hour telephone messaging service for our customers.
Should you wish to report a fault, please call our office on 020 8621 6000 where you will be able to speak to an operator and log the details. Our Service Desk team will then make contact on the next working day from when the message was received.
For our Contracted Automated Gate customers only:
Please note that we will be providing an emergency call and out of hours emergency service from 29th December 2021 to 31st December 2021 from 09:00 to 17:00. Out of Hours (OOH) call out charges will apply.
For our Contracted Door Entry, Access Control and CCTV customers only:
Please note that we will be providing an emergency call and out of hours emergency service on 27th December, 28th December 2021 and 3rd January 2022 from 08:00 to 16:30. Out of Hours (OOH) call out charges will apply.
