Using our extensive experience, we bring real expertise to the residential sector, particularly when it comes to the complexities of retrofit projects in older buildings and more complex integration projects in ‘new build’.

Using a consultative approach, our in-house team will provide a detailed design solution, based on a thorough survey of the site to make sure we fully understand your needs. This means projects are accurately costed in line with your budget and you have the opportunity to sign off on all plans and drawings, ensuring that we install what you want, where you want. Our proposal documentation includes a detailed quotation with explanations and technical data appropriate to the systems proposed, along with images of the key equipment components for your reference.
We deliver end-to-end project management, so we are best-placed and on hand to support our customers during every phase of the work. Furthermore, we understand that many proposals are subject to consultation with residents, so we are happy to attend meetings with managing agents and residents to communicate details of our proposals, demonstrate equipment, and make sure any queries are answered.
Once all parties are in agreement we require a signed order and from this point onwards works are controlled by our skilled engineering teams based on size, complexity and value. Once finished, your project manager will meet with you to ensure everything is signed off, that you are satisfied with the work, and where appropriate handover any OEM service manuals.
Of course our service does not stop there. Every installation we carry out is covered by a twelve month warranty and after this period we are happy to provide customers with bespoke maintenance arrangements. Although much of our business is now done on an outright sale basis we are happy to provide rental contracts for terms between five and ten years.
