A 24-hour telephone messaging service will be available to all our customers throughout the above period.
Should you wish to report a fault, please call our office on 020 8621 6000 where you will be able to speak to an operator and log the details. Our Service Desk will make contact on the next working day from when the message was received.
For our Contracted Automated Gates customers only:
Please note we will be providing an out of hours emergency service from 24th December 2024 – 1st January 2025. Out of Hours (OOH) call out charges will apply.

For our Contracted Automated Gate customers only, please note that we will still provide emergency call and out of hours emergency service during the holiday period. Please follow your normal procedure for placing emergency callouts and this will be delt with by our dedicated team.
