Should you wish to report a fault, please call our Interphone office on 020 8621 6000 where you will be able to speak to an operator and log the details. Our Service Desk team will then make contact with you on the next working day from when the message was received.
For our Contracted Automated Gate customers only, please note that we will still provide emergency call and out of hours emergency service during the holiday period. Please follow your normal procedure for placing emergency callouts and this will be delt with by our dedicated team.
