Coronavirus (Covid-19) Update 19th March 2020

Dear Clients,

Starting Monday 23rd March and until further notice, Interphone Limited will be operating with limited staff at our offices in Harrow and the majority of our office staff working remotely from home. With our staff equipped to work and support you remotely, our Business Continuity Plan (BCP) goal is to maintain services to our customers whilst limiting the risk to our staff and customers alike.

When you need to get in contact with us, we have a call answering service in place with operators who will take your details and email the person or department you require. You will receive a call back as soon as is possible, alternatively, you can send emails directly to the below relevant dept.

Please note that correspondence received by the Service Desk after 16.00 PM, may not be addressed until the following working day.

Important please note: If you are booking an appointment with Interphone it is on the understanding that should our engineer be required to enter the property of a resident; the managing agent and/or resident is required to declare if anyone in the household is self-isolating or is experiencing flu like symptoms.  Our engineers have been instructed to put their own safety first and make their own assessment of the situation and to either contact our office or decline entering premises should they have any concerns.

We are doing everything possible to maintain services during this difficult time and we will continue to do so as long as our engineers are fit and able. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us keep our engineers safe.
