Should you wish to report a fault, please call our office on 020 8621 6000 where you will be able to speak to an operator and log the details. Our Service Desk will make contact on the next working day from when the message was received.

For our Contracted Automated Gates customers only:

Please note we will be providing an out of hours emergency service from 24th December 2025 – 1st January 2026. Out of Hours (OOH) call out charges will apply.
