As of the 14th January 2020 Microsoft ended its support for Windows 7 and will stop releasing updates and patches for the operating system.

Without continued Windows 7 support, it leaves you extremely vulnerable to any emerging threats from cyber-attacks.

For customers whose Access Control or CCTV system is running on a Windows 7 computer, you will need to upgrade to a compatible computer running the latest Windows 10 software. This will ensure your system continues to receive security updates and patches in order for it to function correctly.

Failing to upgrade now could leave your computer vulnerable to possible data corruption, causing various software to shut down. This will result in the inability to add or delete users from your access system and onsite/offsite viewing of the CCTV system.
